Despite encountering a room issue late at night, the staff promptly resolved it with efficiency and courtesy, allowing me to rest comfortably. The air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temperature, ensuring a good night's sleep, while the well-stocked mini-bar and electric kettle added a touch of luxury to my stay.
